Etsy Fee Calculator is a free, fast tool that helps Etsy sellers understand what they actually keep after Etsy's fees — in their own country, currency, and tax rules.
Why country-accurate fees matter
Most Etsy fee calculators show United States rates to everyone. That quietly gives the wrong answer for sellers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, India, and the other markets we cover. Etsys payment processing charges, regulatory operating fees, and whether VAT is added on top of fees all differ by seller country. A single generic formula cannot represent ten different fee structures correctly.
We built this calculator to fix that. Pick your shop home country and the math switches to the exact rules for that market. Choose a different display language and only the words change — the fees, currency, and tax treatment stay tied to your country.
How rates are sourced and verified
Every rate in the calculator comes directly from Etsys own publications — the Etsy Help Center and the official fee schedule at etsy.com/legal/fees.
Each country calculator shows a verification date in the trust bar beneath the results. That is the date we last checked those sources and confirmed every rate still matches. When Etsy updates its schedule, we update the calculator and the date together. If you are making a pricing decision, we still recommend opening the official schedule once more to double-check. etsy.com/legal/fees.
What is coming next
More countries and more languages are on the way so sellers can calculate in the market and language they actually sell in. The underlying engine is the same for every page — the Excel and Google Sheets template, the Print-on-Demand tool, the Offsite Ads and PayPal tools, and every country calculator all read the same verified rate tables. Improving the engine improves everything at once.
We keep the site simple on purpose: no accounts, no paywall, no ads, and no tracking. If you spot a rate that has changed or want a market we have not added yet, let us know — corrections from sellers are how this stays accurate.
